Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email and tracking details once your package is dispatched.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.

  • For orders below ₹499, a standard shipping fee of ₹49 is applicable.

  • COD (Cash on Delivery) charges may vary and will be mentioned at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 working days

  • Other Locations: 5–7 working days

  • Remote or difficult-to-reach areas may take additional time.

  • We work with leading courier services like Delhivery, DTDC, Blue Dart, and India Post to ensure timely and safe delivery across India.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email/SMS with a tracking ID and link. You can also track your order anytime on our Track Your Order page.

Delays & Exceptions

  • Delivery delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or courier partner issues.

  • If there is a significant delay in your order, our support team will notify you via email or phone.
