Refund & Cancellation Policy – PressPop Nails
We strive to ensure every PressPop Nails customer is happy. Please read our refund and cancellation terms carefully:
1. Appointments / Nail Services

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment to receive a full refund or free reschedule.

No refunds for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.

Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may be rescheduled depending on availability.
2. Products (Nail Kits, Tools, Accessories)

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery only if:

The item is damaged or defective.

You received the wrong product.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Once your return is approved and received, a refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
3. Non-Refundable Items

Sale items, hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., opened nail polishes, files), and gift cards are non-refundable.

Custom orders or pre-orders cannot be canceled after confirmation.
