Refund & Cancellation Policy – PressPop Nails

We strive to ensure every PressPop Nails customer is happy. Please read our refund and cancellation terms carefully:

1. Appointments / Nail Services

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment to receive a full refund or free reschedule.

  • No refunds for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.

  • Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may be rescheduled depending on availability.

2. Products (Nail Kits, Tools, Accessories)

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery only if:

    • The item is damaged or defective.

    • You received the wrong product.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Once your return is approved and received, a refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Sale items, hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., opened nail polishes, files), and gift cards are non-refundable.

  • Custom orders or pre-orders cannot be canceled after confirmation.

4. How to Request a Refund / Return

  • Order ID

  • Clear photos (in case of damaged items)

  • Reason for return/cancellation
